Not Satisfied If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within fourteen days of receipt of the goods, and we will give you a full refund (minus carriage). We will exchange items if they are found faulty on delivery or they develop a fault within their 12 month warranty period. Prior to returning any item you must contact Digi TV Solutions. Please note unsolicited returns will not be accepted. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Viewing Cards Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given on viewing cards.
